About the FacilitatorAs President of Experience First Consulting, @Krista Dahl Kusuma has guided hundreds of individuals in amplifying their talents, working smarter not harder, and leading more fulfilling lives. She offers 1:1 coaching, team training, leadership consulting, and a guest experience bootcamp. Her work is featured in numerous publications, including Come, Stay, Learn, Play: A Guide to Making the Museum Experience edited by Andrea Gallagher Nalls. This book highlights the highly acclaimed and widely replicated Visitor Experience Program that Krista pioneered at the Institute of Contemporary Art Boston (ICA).
