Kyle Bowen

The recording for this session is now available to Supporting and Sustaining Members: Access the full recording and transcript. In this 45-minute session, Kristin Leigh will introduce you to "transformative listening" — an approach she and her colleagues at Explora in Albuquerque have adopted to better support their museums' communities. Kristin and MAP Founder @Kyle Bowen will discuss what makes transformative listening different, why it's valuable to museums, and how session participants might take steps toward adopting this kind of listening at their institutions.  If you're interested in developing deeper connections to your museum's local communities, you'll want to RSVP and come to this session. How to participate in this sessionThis is a free and public event. If you sign up for a free membership, you can RSVP and get a reminder email one hour before the session begins.
