VAI Office Hours

This optional session provides Value Articulation Intensive (VAI) participants dedicated co-working as you advance your research-informed value messages. Use this time for peer and facilitator input on outreach strategies and focused message refinement. Office Hours bridges Session 3 (Message Crafting) and Session 4 (Field Test Results), giving you additional support to finalize materials before testing them with  stakeholders. What to ExpectProgress Check-In — Share updates on message development since Session 3 and identify specific areas where you want additional input Guided Co-Working Time — This is your chance to advance your message drafts with the support of your peers and facilitators. It’s a collaborative effort that values your input and expertise. Strategic Troubleshooting — Work through messaging challenges with peers and facilitators, whether it’s message clarity, stakeholder targeting, or delivery method selection Field Test Planning — Finalize your testing approach and timeline for Session 4 debrief Sessions are recorded but will not be shared outside of the group. What to Bring• Your draft messages from Session 3 — whatever stage of development they’re in • Specific questions or strategic considerations you’ve encountered since Session 3 • Stakeholder context updates — any new information about your priority stakeholders that might inform your messaging approach. Who Should AttendThis session is optional but encouraged and designed for participants who want additional peer discussion on the application of research findings and value proposition development or prefer collaborative working sessions over independent work time.  OutcomeYou’ll leave with refined message drafts ready for field testing, clarity on your testing approach, and renewed momentum heading into the final weeks of stakeholder outreach. Goal: Provide additional strategic support to ensure every participant has materials ready for meaningful field testing.
