Outcomes Validation (Months 2–3)

We examine your assessment results together, identifying opportunities where focused effort can drive outsized impact. You identify a shortlist of participant outcomes for further study, and we distribute a survey to visitors to measure performance in providing those well-being outcomes. This is an optional service that can be provided for an additional fee.

Time Commitment: 2 one-hour meetings for leadership; 50-minute data-collection training for select staff. Data collection time varies, but those inviting visitors to participate should aim to intercept between 200 and 500 potential participants.
