Synergy Mapping

Kyle Bowen

To what extent do your organization's programs and partnerships fuel each other? What projects are absorbing a disproportionate amount of energy in the ecosystem? In this 80-minute session, participants will work together to sketch the relationships between their museums' initiatives.  At the end of this session, you'll have a proto-map to use as a strategic conversation starter with your colleagues. Your map will follow in the footsteps of Disney's diagrams of the relationships between their creative initiatives and look similar to this: Agenda1. Welcome & Transition (5m) 2. Introduction (5m) 3. Identify key components in breakouts (15m) 4. Shareout and identify sticking points (10m) 5. Return to breakouts to map relationships (30m) 6. Shareout and reflection (15m) ParticipationThis session is free, and registration is not necessary. Members can RSVP above↗ to receive an emailed reminder before the event begins. Non-members can click the Location link above↗ at the designated time to join the session.
